A Frosty Season
We live in the Northeast where the winters are very cold. Our Faith Alive at Home Activity was to show that we are followers of Jesus by loving others. Although "the weather outside was snowy and inside was so delightful" my daughters and I walked to a nearby nursing home. My daughters Theresa and Cathy visited with three of the residents of the home. They decided to "adopt" these three elderly women.

My children really livened up the nursing home. I do not know who is more eager for their next visit—my daughters or the nursing home residents. Until the next visit, my daughters have decided to keep in touch with their new friends through e-mail. Oh yes, the nursing home has a computer and the senior citizens love it.
