God has called you to be a friend of Jesus. From 1 Corinthians 1:9

Get Ready to Celebrate

Pray to Jesus
Jesus, I know that
You are my friend.
And I want to be
Your friend to the end

In good times and bad,
In all that I do,
Help me, dear Jesus,
To stay close to you.

Celebrate Jesus

Leader: We come together today as friends of Jesus. Let us join our voices as we pray to Jesus. Hold your picture up as you sing a song about being followers with Jesus.

We are followers of Jesus.
Jesus chose us for his own.
Good friends that care and want to share their love,
Working to make friendships grow.
We are followers of Jesus.
Jesus chose us for his own.
Oh, we are sent to tell how Jesus loves and cares for people.
We tell the news of his great love.

All: Jesus, send us wherever you want us to go. Be with us as we spread your Good News. Amen! Amen!
