A Story About Mary
Our Church celebrates the birth of Mary on September 8. On this day we remember that Mary lived a very holy life. She loved God very much. Mary told God, "Yes, I will do what you ask." Mary was happy to do what God wanted all her life.

Yes, God, I want to be like Mary.
Yes, God, I love you very much.
Yes, God, I will try to do what you want.

God's angel said to Mary, "God is with you and has greatly blessed you! You will be the mother of God's Son, Jesus." Mary answered, "Yes, I will do what God wants. I am God's servant." God, you ask me to do what you want. I am happy to say yes to you!
